EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 15, DATED APRIL 27, 1922, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE BUSOL FOREST RESERVATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OR PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OR PORTIONS THEREOF SITUATED IN PACDAL, BAGUIO CITY, OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 15, dated April 27, 1922, which established the Busol Forest Reservation such parcel or parcels of land embraced therein or portion thereof situated in Pacdal, Baguio City, open to disposition under the provision of the Public Land Act, as amended, to wit:
