REVOKING RESOLUTION NO. 35, SERIES OF 1910, WHICH RESERVED FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES, AND RESERVING THE PARCEL OF LAND COVERED THEREBY FOR PUERICULTURE CENTER, MATERNITY AND CHILDRENS HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES, SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, CITY OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Resolution No. 35, Series of 1910 of the then Philippine Commission, which reserved a parcel of land for school site purposes, and reserve the said land for the Cotabato Puericulture Center, Maternity and Childrens Hospital site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, located at the Poblacion, City of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 2356, Cotabato Cadastre, Cad. No. 52) situated in the Poblacion, City of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N.E. by Lot 2355; on the S.E. by Lot 2357; all of Cotabato Cadastre, Cad. No. 52; on the S.W. by Magallanes St.; and the N.W. by Corcuera St. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 38 deg. 05' W., 59.16 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cotabato Cadastre, Cad. 52;

Thence S. 71 deg. 40' E.,	11.10 m. to point 2;
Thence S. 13 deg. 08' W.,	26.00 m. to point 3;
Thence N. 71 deg. 40' W.,	13.79 m. to point 4; &
Thence N. 19 deg. 08' E,.	25.90 m. to point of
	beginning,

containing an area of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE (323) SQUARE METERS more or less.

That the width of the road, if any, abutting the lot applied for must have the minimum right-of-way reservation to comply with the mandatory provisions of Executive Order No. 113, series of 1955.
