MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 199, December 17, 1987 ] ESTABLISHING AS PASONANCA WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROTECTING, MAINTAINING, OR IMPROVING ITS WATER YIELD AND PROVIDING RESTRAINING MECHANISM FOR INAPPROPRIATE FOREST EXPLOITATION AND LAND-USE, A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA AND MUNICIPALITY OF SIBUCO, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C.
