[ Proclamation No. 193, November 28, 1987 ]

SUPPLEMENTING PROCLAMATION NO. 191 DATED NOVEMBER 27, 1987 BY DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE PROVINCES OF RIZAL, LAGUNA, ROMBLON, MINDORO ORIENTAL, MINDORO OCCIDENTAL, CAMARINES NORTE AND CATANDUANES.

I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the inclusion of the Provinces of Rizal, Laguna, Romblon, Mindoro Oriental, Mindoro Occidental, Camarines Norte and Catanduanes in the areas where a state of public calamity exists in view of the severe destruction of property and loss of life therein brought by typhoon “Sisang”.

This Proclamation shall take effect immediately.
