DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 1987, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN DUMAGUETE CITY.

WHEREAS, the 24th of November marks the founding of the City of Dumaguete 39 years ago; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Dumaguete City be afforded the time to celebrate the memorable occasion;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the 24th of November, 1987, as a special day in the City of Dumaguete.1aшphi1
