SUPPLEMENTING PROCLAMATION NO. 175 DATED OCTOBER 27, 1987 DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF CALAMITY IN CAGAYAN PROVINCE.

I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the inclusion of the Provinces of Abra, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga-Apayao and Mt. Province, including Baguio City, all within the Cordillera Administrative Region, in the areas where a state of public calamity exists in view of the severe destruction of property and loss of life therein brought about by typhoon “Pepang.”

This Proclamation shall take effect immediately.
