DECLARING AS DIPOLOG CITY GOVERNMENT CENTER CIVIL RESERVATION CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN DIPOLOG CITY.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for city government center site purposes under the administration and management of the City Government of Dipolog, subject to private rights, if there be any, and to future subdivision survey, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Dipolog City, more particularly described as follows:
“A PARCEL OF LAND (portions of Lot 3150 and 1040, Cad. 85 Ext. Dipolog Cadastre), situated in the Barrio of Sta. Filomena, City of Dipolog, bounded on the north by Lot Nos. 1006, 917, 755 and 734, Cad. 85 Ext.; on the east by remaining portions of subject lots; on the south by Lot No. 5515, Cad. 85 Ext.; and on the west by national highway. Beginning at a point marked “1” on Bureau of Forest Development Map No. CR-249 hereto attached as integral part, being N. 71° 54W., 468.02 meters from BBM No. 5, Cad 85, Dipolog Cadastre;

There are excluded from the operation of this Proclamation a strip of 15 meters in width from the highest bank on each side of any stream for stream bank protection.
A development plan of the reservation shall be submitted to the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources within one (1) year from the issuance of this proclamation.
In the event that this reservation is not developed or used within five (5) years hence, the area covered thereby shall be reverted automatically to the mass of forest lands.
