RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY LOWER PAATAN, MUNICIPALITY OF KABACAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Lower Paatan Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey the parcel of land located at Barangay Lower Paatan, Municipality of Kabacan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 4156-C-Lot No. 4545, Pls-117) situated in Barangay Lower Paatan, Municipality of Kabacan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by Lot 4156-B, Csd-2500-D; on the N., along line 3-4 by Lot 2579, Pls-117, and on the E., along line 4-1 by Lot 4156-D, Csd-12-003072. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the subdivision survey plan N-5408' W., being 2551.74 from BLLM No. 53, Pls-117;

thence N. 78-01W.,	94.23 m. to point 2;
thence N. 15.13W.,	195.84 m. to point 3;
thence S. 76-18E.,	100.30 m. to point 4;
thence S. 17-03W.,	193.27 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE (18,889) SQUARE METERS, more or less.1aшphi1
