DECLARING SEPTEMBER 7, 1987 AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, September 7, 1987 marks the 47th Charter Anniversary of the City of Cavite;

WHEREAS, the residents of Cavite City should be given the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare September 7, 1987 as a non-working special day in the City of Cavite.1aшphi1
