DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1987, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BAGUIO CITY.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 1, 1987, marks the 78th anniversary of the charter of Baguio City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Baguio City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
