DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR CEMETERY SITE FOR BARANGAY BARAT, BAMBANG, NUEVA VIZCAYA A CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SAID BARANGAY
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside as civil reservation for Cemetery Site, a certain parcels of land of the public domain located in Barangay Barat, Municipality of Bambang, Province of Nueva Vizcaya as shown and described in BFD Map C.R.-375, with the following technical description:
Beginning at a point designated as corner “1” which is approximately N 35°E., 1,666 meters from corner 10, Block 1, A or D, Project No. 4-A;
Thence, N. 43°W., about 100 meters to corner 2;
Thence, N. 47°E., about 200 meters to corner 3;
Thence, S. 43°E., about 100 meters to corner 4;
Thence, S. 47°W., about 200 meters to point of
beginning, containing an are of 2 hectares, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, used to the following conditions:
1. The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be under the Department of Local Government.
2. The extraction and utilization of forest products remaining in the area shall be subject to forest and internal revenue laws and regulations. A development plan shall be submitted to the office of the President by the Barangay Council of Barat, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, within one year from approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Forest Management Bureau copies thereof for record purposes.1aшphi1
3. In the event that the area is not used for the purpose stated, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn or revoked and the subject area reverts to its former status as part and parcel of the public domain under the jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
The area in question which is within the Salinas Forest Reserve, established under Executive Order No. 44, dated May 18, 1914, as amended by Proclamation No. 61, dated August 6, 1925, per BFD Map FR-4 amended, is automatically excluded from the said forest reserve.
