FURTHER EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE REHABILITATION AND PLACEMENT FOUNDATION FOR THE DISABLED, INC.

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 100 dated May 6, 1987, authorized the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc. (RPFD), to conduct a national fund campaign up to June 30, 1987; and

WHEREAS, the RPFD needs more time to carry out its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Rehabilitation and Placement Foundation for the Disabled, Inc., an extension of its national fund campaign up to June 30, 1988.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
