AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 373 DATED DECEMBER 21, 1956 WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND FOR THE QUEZON MEMORIAL PARK, BY EXCLUDING PARCEL 1 THEREOF AND RESERVING THE SAME PARCEL FOR THE USE OF THE BANTAYOG NG MGA BAYANI FOUNDATION, INC., SITUATED IN DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for the use of the Bantayog Ng Mga Bayani Foundation, Inc., subject to such liens and encumbrances existing thereon, if there be any, that parcel of land of the public domain which is identical to Parcel I of Proclamation No. 373 dated December 21, 1956, situated in Diliman, Quezon City, and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot R.P. 3-B-3-A-I-A of Diliman Estate subdivision plan Bsd - being a portion of Lot R.P. 3-B-A-I of Plan Bsd-10532, known as East Triangle of Diliman Estate, G.L.R.O. Record No. 76811), situated in the District of Diliman, Quezon City. Bounded on the NW., by Lot R.P. 3-B-3-A-5, Bsd-10532 (Quezon Boulevard); on the E., by proposed road of the subdivision plan; and the SW., by Lot R.P. 3-B3-A-6, Bsd-10532 (19th of June Boulevard or Highway 54, now Epifanio delos Santos Ave.). Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being N. 0 deg. 26E., 554.99 m. more or less from B.L.L.M. No. 7, Quezon City;
