RESERVING FOR PARK SITE PURPOSES THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS THE “RAJAH SIKATUNA NATIONAL PARK” SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CARMEN, SIERRA BULLONES, GARCIA HERNANDEZ, VALENCIA, DIMIAO, BILAR AND BATUAN, ALL OF THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL, VISAYAS ISLAND.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for park site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of land of the public domain in the municipalities of Carmen, Sierra Bullones, Garcia Hernandez, Valencia, Dimiao, Bilar and Batuan, all of the Province of Bohol, Visayas Island, containing an area of 9,023.0 hectares as shown on the attached BFD Map NP-46, more particularly described as follows:
