DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 15, 1987, AS SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY.

WHEREAS, Monday, June 15, 1987, marks the 37th anniversary of the signing of the Charter of Cagayan de Oro City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Cagayan de Oro City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their Citys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, June 15, 1987, as a special public holiday in Cagayan de Oro City.
