ESTABLISHING AS WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROTECTION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF WATER YIELD FOR LOCAL WATER FACILITIES AND OTHER ECOLOGICAL ENHANCEMENT PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING A MECHANISM AGAINST INAPPROPRIATE LAND-USE AND FOREST EXPLOITATION, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIPACULAO, PROVINCE OF AURORA, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources, and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and set aside for watershed and other ecological enhancement purposes, subject to private rights, if there be any, and to the operation of previous proclamations reserving any portion thereof for specific purposes, the parcel of public domain located in the Municipality of Dipaculao, Province of Aurora, Island of Luzon, Philippines, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at Corner “1” a point located at S 80º 00?, W, 1,250 meters to Corner 2; at the junction of Diamanen and Dimatocling creeks;

Thence S 87º 00' W., 1,100 meters to Corner 3;

Thence N 75º 00' W., 1,000 meters to Corner 4;

Thence N 65º 00' W., 1,000 meters to Corner 5;

Thence N 32º 00' W., 500 meters to Corner 6;

Thence N 21º 00' W., 800 meters to Corner 7;

Thence N 31º 00' W., 750 meters to Corner 8;

Thence N 10º 00' E., 700 meters to Corner 9;

Thence N 42º 00' E., 1,000 meters to Corner 10;

The administration, control and management of the reservation shall be under the Department of Natural Resources, thru the Bureau of Forest Development.
