DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR THE LAMON BAY SCHOOL OF FISHERIES, A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY SAN VICENTE, MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare as civil reservation for the Lamon Bay School of Fisheries, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Barangay San Vicente, Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, as shown and described in BFD Map C.R. 373, which is described as follows:

Beginning at point designated as Corner “1” a Pipisik tree, 30 cm. diameter at the mouth of the Mal-ay River;

Thence, N 88º W., about 128 meters to corner 2;

Thence, N 54º W., about 100 meters to corner 3;

Thence, N 73º W., about 70 meters to corner 4;

Thence, S 13º W., about 86 meters to corner 5;

Thence, S 80º W., about 74 meters to corner 6;

Thence, S 46º W., about 40 meters to corner 7;

Thence, S 75º W., about 90 meters to corner 8;

Thence, N 31º W., about 52 meters to corner 9;

Thence, N 06º E., about 106 meters to corner 10;

Thence, N 20º E., about 86 meters to corner 11;

Thence, N 02º E., about 68 meters to corner 12;

Thence, N 15º E., about 80 meters to corner 13;

Thence, S 63º E., about 230 meters to corner 14;

Thence, S 37º E., about 125 meters to corner 15;

Thence, S 51º E., about 200 meters to point of

beginning containing an area of Eight (8) hectares, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the following conditions;

1. The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be jointly under the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. For this purpose, a five-year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President by the Lamon Bay School of Fisheries within one year from approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Natural Resources and the Bureau of Forest Development copies thereof.

2. The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest products of remaining in the area shall be subject to forest and Internal Revenue Laws and regulation.1aшphi1

3. In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject area shall regain in its former status as part and parcel of the forest lands.
