EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 63, DATED AUGUST 6, 1925, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION “A”, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE GIRL SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES, BAGUIO CITY COUNCIL.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 63, dated August 6, 1925, which established the Government Center reservation in Residence Section “A”, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, a portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for building site purposes of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, Baguio City Council, subject to private rights if any there be, and to future final survey, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Portion of Lot No. 100-A, Bsd-1311), situated at Residence Section “A”, Baguio Townsite, Baguio City. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 32, Swo-41581; on the E., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Leonard Wood Road; on the S., along line 5-6 by a portion of Lot No. 100-A, (Bureau of Private Schools Building Site); and on the W., along lines 6-7-1 by Session Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 31 deg. 11' E., 425.18 m. from Triangulation Station “Happy”, Baguio Townsite, Baguio City;

thence	N. 73 deg. 39' E.,	41.40 m. to point 2;
	S. 5 deg. 19' W.,	15.56 m. to point 3;
	S. 3 deg. 18' E.,	18.44 m. to point 4;
	S. 3 deg. 29' W.,	4.12 m. to point 5;
	S. 78 deg. 25' W.,	38.79 m. to point 6;
	N. 8 deg. 53' E.,	12.04 m. to point 7;
	N. 7 deg. 35' W.,	22.45 m. to point 1;

point of beginning; containing an area of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (1,348) SQUARE METERS.1aшphi1 All points referred to are marked on the ground. This preliminary survey is a portion of Lot No. 100-A, Bsd-1311 as surveyed for the Government Center Reservation.
