PROCLAMATION NO. 102

DECLARING A PORTION OF THE GOVERNMENT LOT SITUATED IN ISABELA, BASILAN, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 689 SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS, FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE BASILAN PROVINCIAL TELEPHONE SYSTEM.

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare a portion of Government lot with an area of 689 square meters, more or less, in Isabela, Basilan, for the exclusive use of the Basilan Provincial Telephone System, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND situated in the Barangay Timpul, Municipality of Isabela, Province of Basilan, Island of Basilan. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Road; on the E., along line 2-3 by Site of the Provincial Capitol of Basilan; on the W., along line 4-5 by Public Land (Claimed by Cornelio Lim); along line 5-1 by PSU-233901, Patrocinia Enriquez. Beginning at a point Market “L” on plan, being S., 09 deg. 01' E., 254.10 m. from B.L.L.M. No. I, Isabela Cadastre, Cad-114;

thence N., 73 deg. 42' E., 22.22 m. to point 2;
thence S., 00 deg. 14' W., 49.38 m. to point 3;
thence N., 86 deg. 46' W., 6.42 m. to point 4;
thence N., 21 deg. 06' W., 34.79 m. to point 5;
thence N., 12 deg. 02' W., 10.55 m. to point

of beginning; containing an area of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE (689) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm.; bearings true; date of survey July 27, 1984 executed by Arturo V. Orbecido, Geodetic Engineer.”
