MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 2464, October 29, 1985 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 2463 DATED OCTOBER 21, 1985 DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN AREAS IN THE COUNTRY WHICH WERE AFFECTED BY TYPHOON “SALING.” I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 2463 dated October 21, 1985 declaring the existence of a public calamity in certain areas in the country which were affected by typhoon “Saling” to include therein the Province of Aurora.
