DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 19, 1985, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN QUEZON CITY.

WHEREAS, Monday, August 19, 1985, marks the 107th birth anniversary of the late President Manuel L. Quezon, one of the foremost leaders and statesmen the country has ever produced; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Quezon City desire to celebrate his birthday with fitting ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, August 19, 1985, as a non-working special public holiday in Quezon City.1aшphi1
