AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL SHOOTING ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 1985.

WHEREAS, the Philippine National Shooting Association is an organization committed to the development of target-shooting as a National Sport;

WHEREAS, the Association seeks to develop among Filipino shooters the highest degree of excellence in the sport and enhance the competitive position of the country in international competitions;

WHEREAS, the development needs of this sport require utmost support from all sectors to enable it to pursue its goal and objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine National Shooting Association (PNSA) to conduct a national fund campaign during the period from January 1 to December 31, 1985.1aшphi1

I call upon all citizens of the Philippines, shooting enthusiasts all sport-minded individuals, government and private corporations to give generously of their means to this laudable undertaking.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
