DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 24, 1984, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

WHEREAS, Monday, December 24, 1984, falls between two legal holidays; and

WHEREAS, Monday, December 24, 1984, may be declared as a non-working special public holiday without prejudice to the public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, December 24, 1984, as a non-working special public holiday.
