EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 481, DATED OCTOBER 24, 1968, ESTABLISHING THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE AT DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE NATIONAL KIDNEY FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES.
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 481, dated October 24, 1968 (which reserved certain portions of the Quezon Memorial Park situated at Diliman, Quezon City, for the National Government Center Site), certain parcels of land embraced in the National Government Center Site and reserve the same for the National Kidney Foundation of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:
