DECLARING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4, 1984, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARCOS, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, it is the tradition of the Municipality of Marcos, Province of Ilocos Norte to celebrate its town fiesta on April 4, 1984, which coincides with the birth anniversary of the late Don Mariano Marcos after whom the municipality was named;

WHEREAS, the people of said municipality desire to celebrate their town fiesta with fitting ceremonies and to commemorate the birth anniversary of the late Don Mariano Marcos;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, April 4, 1984, as non-working special public holiday in the Municipality of Marcos, Province of Ilocos Norte.1aшphi1
