DECLARING MARCH 16, 1984 (ARAW NG DABAW) AS SPECIAL PUBLIC NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO
WHEREAS, March 16, 1984 marks the 47th Foundation Anniversary of Davao City; and
WHEREAS, the people of Davao City should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby declare March 16, 1984, as special public non-working holiday in Davao City.1aшphi1
