DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 1984, AS “GOVERNOR JUAN M. ALBERTO DAY” IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES.

WHEREAS, Friday, February 17, 1984, marks the 67th birth anniversary of the late Provincial Governor Juan M. Alberto; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper to give the people of Catanduanes, his birthplace, full opportunity to celebrate his birthday with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, February 17, 1984, as “Governor Juan M. Alberto Day” in the Province of Catanduanes, but the day will be a regular working and school day.
