DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1984, AS “CABANATUAN CITY DAY”

WHEREAS, the 33rd Foundation Anniversary of Cabanatuan City falls on Friday, February 3, 1984; and

WHEREAS, the people of Cabanatuan City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, February 3, 1984, as “Cabanatuan City Day”. The day will be a non-working day.1aшphi1
