PROCLAMATION NO. 2246

DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1982 AS SPECIAL NON-WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN PASAY CITY.

WHEREAS, the residents of Pasay City celebrate its 119th Foundation Anniversary and 35th year as a City on December 2, 1982;

WHEREAS, the residents desire full opportunity to participate in the various activities scheduled for the day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, December 2, 1982, as a special non-working public holiday in Pasay City.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
