PROCLAMATION NO. 2195

REVOKING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 21, SERIES OF 1919, RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES THE FOLLOWING PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Minister of National Defense and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines do hereby revoke Executive Order No. 21, series of 1919, reserving for military purposes under the Administration of the Chief of Staff, AFP the following parcels of land, of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Mati, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there be, and more particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER OF CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-1697

“A parcel of land (Lot 63, of the Cadastral survey of Mati, Cadastral case No. N-15, L.R.C. Cadastral Record No. N-447, with the improvements thereon situated in the municipality of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental.
