PROCLAMATION NO. 2163

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 1982, AS “GOVERNOR JUAN M. ALBERTO’S DAY” IN CATANDUANES.

WHEREAS, February 17, 1982, marks the birth anniversary of the late Gov. Juan M. Alberto, one of the most illustrious leaders and sons of Catanduanes; and

WHEREAS, it is only fitting and proper that the people of Catanduanes be given full opportunity to commemorate this occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 17, 1982, as “Gov. Juan M. Alberto’s Day” in Catanduanes.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
