MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 2152 DECLARING THE ENTIRE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN AND CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AND/OR PARTS OF THE COUNTRY AS MANGROVE SWAMP FOREST RESERVES Upon recommendation of the Director of Forest Development, duly concurred in by the Minister of Natural Resources, and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, I, FERDINAND E.
