DECLARING SUNDAY, AUGUST 9, 1981, AS ROQUE B. ABLAN, SR. DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE AND IN THE CITY OF LAOAG

In commemoration of the birthday of the late Governor Roque B. Ablan, Sr. of Ilocos Norte, one of the outstanding resistance leaders during the last war, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Sunday, August 9, 1981, as Roque B. Ablan, Sr. day in the province of Ilocos Norte and in the City of Laoag.ᇈWᑭHIL

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
