MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 2070 EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 573, SERIES OF 1969, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MAGAT RIVER FOREST RESERVES, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED UNDER PROJECT NOS. 16-B, 5-J, AND 3-D OF POTIA, MAYOYAO, AND LAGAWE, RESPECTIVELY, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, PROJECT NOS. 17-C AND 29 OF CORDON AND RAMON, RESPECTIVELY, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, AND PROJECT NO. 6-A OF DIADI, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT. Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 573, series of 1969, which established the Magat River Forest Reserves, those certain parcels of land embraced under Project Nos. 16-B, 5-J, and 3-D of Potia., Mayoyao and Lagawe, respectively, Province of Ifugao, Project Nos. 17-C and 29 of Cordon and Ramon, respectively, Province of Isabela, and Project No. 6-A of Diadi, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, and declaring the same open to disposition under the provisions of Public Land Act.ᇈWᑭHIL IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
