PROCLAMATION NO. 2064

DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 10, 1981, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN NORALA, SOUTH COTABATO.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, March 10, 1981, marks the 28th anniversary of the creation of the Municipality of Norala;

WHEREAS, the residents of Norala should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 10, 1981 as a special public holiday in Norala, South Cotabato, but the day will be a regular working and school day.ᇈWᑭHIL

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
