PROCLAMATION NO. 2060

DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1981, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY.

WHEREAS, the residents of General Santos City celebrates their City’s 42nd Foundation Anniversary on Friday, February 27, 1981;

WHEREAS, said residents desire to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, February 27, 1981, as a special public holiday in General Santos City.ᇈWᑭHIL

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
