PROCLAMATION NO. 2057

DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1981, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CALOOCAN CITY.

WHEREAS, February 16, 1981, marks the 19th anniversary of the Charter of Caloocan; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishment and program of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, February 16, 1981, as a special public holiday in the City of Caloocan, but the day will be a regular working and school day.ᇈWᑭHIL

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
