MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 2051 ESTABLISHING AS NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY RESERVATION FOR AGRICULTURAL PLANTATION PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL. Pursuant to the authority vested in me by Presidential Decree No. 1766, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, settlement, exploration or exploitation and reserve for the use of the National Development Company for priority projects, primarily for agricultural plantation purposes, such as the cultivation of pineapple, cacao and other agricultural crops, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to immediate boundary survey, the parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Province of Negros Oriental more particularly described as follows: Technical Descriptions A parcel of land situated in the Sitios of Gamao, Mabagacay, Uhot, Palompon, Narra, Cayawyaw, Kawilan, Baisan, Banaba, Napactan, Bulbog, Busay, Tadtad, Lumwas, Naga, Alis-is, Nagba, Nato, and Malasbalas; Barangays of Magsulay, Kalumbayan, and Sto. Niño; Municipalities of Bayawan; Tanjay, and Bais; Province of Negros Oriental. All bearings and distances are approximate and subject to change based on the ground boundary survey. The said parcel of land is hereby placed under the administration and control of the National Development Company. The above-described parcel of land is hereby segregated from all existing licenses, permits, privileges and/or franchises granted to persons and entities over and for the use, exploitation and development thereof. For this purpose, the Bureau of Forest Development, the Bureau of Lands, and other proper government agencies are hereby enjoined from issuing licenses, permits, patents leases or titles to existing applicants and/or other interested parties over the above-described parcel of land. All laws, proclamations, orders, instructions, rules or regulations inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly.ᇈWᑭHIL IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
