PROCLAMATION NO. 2049

DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1981, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG AND THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE.

WHEREAS, on February 10, 1981, the City of Laoag will celebrate its fiesta which will be a homecoming celebration for all those who given distinction and honor to the City and the Province of Ilocos Norte in their respective fields of endeavors;

WHEREAS, the residents of Laoag City and the Province of Ilocos Norte desire to have full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with the fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 10, 1981, as a special public holiday in the City of Laoag and the Province of Ilocos Norte.ᇈWᑭHIL

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
