PROCLAMATION NO. 2017
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1980 DATED MAY 30, 1980, BY RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AS ADDITIONAL AREA FOR THE CAVITE EXPORT PROCESSING ZONE.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 1980 dated May 30, 1980, by enlarging the area reserved for the Cavite Export Processing Zone and do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve in favor of the Export Processing Zone Authority, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, certain parcels of land of the private domain situated in the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Cavite, which are more particularly described as follows:
“Lot Nos. 1431, 1433, 1440, 1441, 1442, 1443, 1467, 1470, 1473, 1483, 1488, 1510, 1512 and 3020 all of San Francisco de Malabon Estate, GLRO Rec. 5964, containing an approximate total area of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (550,000) SQUARE METERS OR FIFTY FIVE (55.0) HECTARES.”
