PROCLAMATION NO. 2005
RESERVING FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES OF BARANGAY MADIANGAT A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF MADIANGAT, MUNICIPALITY OF QUEZON, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for public purposes of Barangay Madiangat, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Madiangat, Municipality of Quezon, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
Lot No. 5172, Cad-178
“A parcel of land (Lot 5172, Cad-178) situated in Barrio Madiangat, Municipality of Quezon, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 5171, Cad-178; along line 3-4 by Lot 5170, Cad-178; along line 4-5 by Lot 5169, Cad-178; on the N., along lines 5-6-7 by Road; on the E., along line 7-8 by Lot 5200, Cad-178; and on the S., along line 8-1 by Proposed Provincial Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 66-33 E., 809.60 m. from MBM No. 10, Solano Cadastre; thence
N. 15-22’E., 117.71 m. to point 2;
N. 21-26’W., 120.77 m. to point 3;
N. 37-08’W., 75.96 m. to point 4;
N. 44-21’W., 64.01 m. to point 5;
S. 87-40’E., 135.43 m. to point 6;
S. 86-16’E., 129.12 m. to point 7;
S. 6-10’E., 309.47 m. to point 8;
S. 86-52’W., 194.15 m. to point of
beginning, containing an area of Fifty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty-eight (59,268) square meters. All corners are marked on the ground by V.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. Bearings true. This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Clemente de la Cruz, Private Land Surveyor on May 1921 to May 1926.”
