PROCLAMATION NO. 1993
RESERVING FOR PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY AND INTEGRATED NATIONAL POLICE COMMAND HEADQUARTERS SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for Philippine Constabulary and Integrated National Police Command Headquarters site purposes under the administration of the Chief of Constabulary, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the occupants therein will have to be relocated elsewhere and compensated of the value of their improvements thereon, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Digos, province of Davao del Sur, island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Plan SGS-000908, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Road (Lot 1620 (port.) Cad-275; on the N., along line 2-3 by Juan Luna Extension (Lot 1620 (port.) Cad-275); on the E., along line 3-4 by Lot 1620 (port.) Cad-275; and on the S., along line 4-1 by Lapu-Lapu Extension (Lot 1629 (port.) Cad-275). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N-24-30’E., 1,330.38 m. from BLLM No. 105, Cad-275;
thence N. 02-30’E., 178.02 m. to point 2;
thence S. 87-14’E., 221.26 m. to point 3;
thence S. 02-32’W., 183.63 m. to point 4;
thence N. 85-47’W., 221.26 m. to point of
beginning containing an area of Forty Thousand (40,000) Square Meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. Cyl. Mons.; Bearings true. This plan was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Salvador H. Mendoza, Geodetic Engineer on June 5, 1980 and approved on June 23, 1980.
NOTE: This lot is identical to Lot 19413 a portion of Lot 1620, Cad-275.
