[ Proclamation No. 1758, July 10, 1978 ]

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 217, DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1929, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CENTRAL CORDILLERA FOREST RESERVE, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LANDS EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION PURSUANT TO THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby order and decree:

Section 1. There are hereby excluded from the operation of Proclamation No. 217, s. 1929, which established the Central Cordillera Forest Reserve and declare open to disposition pursuant to the Public Land Act, certain portions of the land embraced therein, more particularly described as follows:

Lot 1
Psu-177098

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1 of plan Psu-177098, L.R.C. Record No. ), situated in the Barrio of Beckel, Municipality of La Trinidad, Sub-Province of Benguet, Mountain Province. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2, by Lot 4 of plan Psu-177098; on the N., along line 2-3, by property of Lamsis Nogal (F-44988); on the E., along line 3-4 by property of Albina Molintas (Ps-15440); on the S., along 4-5 by Lot 2; and on the NW., along line 5-1, by lot 3 both of plan Psu-177098 Beginning at a point Marked “1” on plan. Being N. 56 deg. 25' E., 2701.60 m. from Triangulation Station “D”, Baguio Townsite,
