MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1129, April 12, 1973 ] AUTHORIZING THE MISAMIS ORIENTAL COUNCIL, BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES, TO CONDUCT A FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 15, 1973 TO DECEMBER 31, 1973. WHEREAS, the Misamis Oriental Council, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, needs the support of the public to finance its participation in the coming Golden Jubilee of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines to be held on December 28, 1973, to January 4, 1974, at Makiling, Los Baños, Laguna, as well as for its operation up to December 31, 1973; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Misamis Oriental Council to conduct a fund campaign during the period from April 15 to December 31, 1973.
