DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 1970, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN IRIGA CITY.
WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 2, 1970, marks the charter anniversary of the City of Iriga; and
WHEREAS, the residents should be given the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 2, 1970, as a special public holiday in the City of Iriga.1aшphi1
