DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MAY 7, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN SAN PABLO CITY.
WHEREAS, Wednesday, May 7, 1969, marks the twenty-ninth anniversary of the charter of; San Pablo City, and
WHEREAS, the people of that city should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, May 7, 1969, as a special public holiday in San Pablo City.1aшphi1
