MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 544, March 28, 1969 ] EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND DRIVE OF THE PHILIPPINE CANCER SOCIETY, INC. WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 494 dated December 16, 1968, the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc. was authorized to conduct a national educational, membership and fund drive from January 1 to March 31, 1969; and WHEREAS, said society needs additional time for the conduct of a more effective and productive drive; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested upon me by law, do hereby extend the educational, membership and fund drive of the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc. to June 30, 1969.
