RESERVING FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF TAGBILARAN A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE SAID CITY.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for government center site purposes of the City of Tagbilaran, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to development in accordance with the plan to be prepared by the National Planning Commission, a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the government situated in the said City, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 6342-B

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 6342-B, being a portion of Lot 6342 of the cadastral survey of Tagbilaran), situated in the Barrios of Dao and/or Cogon, Municipality of Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol.

Bounded on the S. and E., along lines 1-2-3, by Lot 6336, on the SW., along line 3-4, by Lot 6333; along line 4-5, by Lot 6325, along line 5-6, by Lot 6323; on the NW., along line 6-7-8, by Lot 6327, along line 8-9, by Lot 6331, all of Tagbilaran Cad.; on the N., along line 9-10, by Lot 6342-N; on the NE., along lines 10-11-12-13-14, by Provoincial Road; and on the S., along line 14-1, by Lot 5336, Tagbilaran Cad.

Beginning at a point marked “1’” on plan, being S. 43 deg. 16’ W., 144.94 m. from B.B.M. 22, Tagbilaran Cadastre,

NOTE: All survey data are subject to final verification and approval.
