Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of General Services, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for playground purposes under the administration of the Municipality of Mabini, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the private domain, situated in the Municipality of Mabini, and more particularly described as follows:
