MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 251, June 3, 1964 ] EXTENDING THE NATIONAL HEROES COMMISSION FUND CAMPAIGN UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1964 WHEREAS, the National Heroes Commission was authorized to conduct a fund-raising campaign in connection with its Mabini Centennial projects from May 1 to 31, 1964; and WHEREAS, the National Heroes Commission needs ad苓itional time to prosecute the fund drive successfully; NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the National Heroes Commission fund campaign up to December 31, 1964.
